How these pages work. Each one draws directly from an official open dataset (HM Land Registry Price Paid Data and the UK House Price Index; the police.uk API; the DfE school register), aggregates it on our server, and re-checks for new publications automatically. Sources and licences are stated on every page, and where the data has known limitations, the page says so rather than smoothing over it.
